Influenced by her background in education and the performing arts, she has curated a coaching technique that is both high level and easily accessible. She begins by looking at mindset and helps people to identify patterns and blocks. From there she helps clients create powerful and meaningful content. And finally she teaches delivery and techniques to optimize performance. Though each person has their own customized trajectory, the outcome of the work is often the same; Authentic and powerful presence and effective and impactful communication.
Lauren lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where in her spare time, she produces films with Hungry Moon Productions and hangs out with her daughter Zelda.
